At Waggin Wheels Pet Transport, we require a few essential items for booking: a health certificate, the accurate weight and size of your pet ensure proper accommodations, and a list of any traveling with your pet to guarantee adequate space. A 15% deposit is needed at the time of booking to secure your date If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, your deposit is fully refundable; however, cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Should need to modify your booking, we will gladly make changes at no extra charge. Per USDA regulations, the remaining balance is due upon pet pick-up to avoid delays during drop-off. Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions your pet may have. We take breaks every .5-4 hours for water, restroom, and snacks. You’ll also receive a link to track your pet's GPS location, along with pictures and videos the journey.
